Cottage Rates
Swallow Cottage £1400 per week
We charge a returnable cleaning/damage deposit of £150. The Cottage should be left thoroughly cleaned and as found, additional cleaning to bring the house up to standard will be charged and may be deducted from the deposit. Used linen and towels to be left folded in bedrooms. Vacuum cleaner, brooms etc may be found in the laundry room.
Linen, Towels heating and electricity included.
